Open roadmap updated in Underworld
Just now, some of the most interesting features you have suggested were added to an open roadmap. Keep on voting, we wanna know what’s hot!
Couple of words about this roadmap we are running. There are some opinions that we don’t care enough about the features you push to the top of the roadmap. Which is just not true, of course 
First of all, there are features requiring quite a while to be implemented and our resources are very limited for the time being. Secondly, there is some stuff which is not present in the list and yet soooo important to the gameplay and fun.
Considering that, believe us that we care about the roadmap a lot. It helps us filter great and wanted stuff from the boring and unuseful one.
Notice that Messaging & Chat features were put out of the list as we already decided to implement them in the upcoming version of the UW. It’s gonna be legen… wait for it… dary!

if you decide to do the german language support i would help you to translate if you want. im from germany, i think it shouldnt be a big thing for me =)

Hi there,
i had a problem with my iPhone and got a new one.
I couldn´t make a backup, just one with iTunes.
Is it possible to restore my account from the old iPhone? I can see myself at the map, but seems i have a new avatar now.
Any help?

Another thought. If or should I say when you revamp the upgrades and expand the upgrade lists. It would be nice to be able to get larger loans and multiple loans, and pay of loans early and select for how many days the loans are for. The longer the time of a loan the more interest that would need to be paid.
If a need to restart a profile for the whole upgrade thing to take effect I would be willing to. A good balance upgrade feature would be nice.
For profiles, maybe when we first launch the game we enter our email address which sends an activate email to the email address that we need to click on. that way the profile we create is tied to our email address, this way if we have to do a restore we just reinstall the app reenter our email re activate and it retrieves the last profile made. And of course the option to change the email address within the game.
Question: Police in my area seem to be out of control? Have you changed anything? Every third buy or so is police. I have made no upgrades within the last week or so. Seems this was an overnight thing. Location: Van Nuys, CA area.
If you need a tester outside of your area for anything let me know. I am willing to restart my profile for the good of the game. Don’t play much these days due to costs of upgrades and slowness of trades and cops.
Did not realize the costs of upgrades were like this. Upgraded space then trade area then started drugs. Not the smartest move. Now can’t afford to upgrade.

We are definitely going to extend upgrading system, both in available grades and new skills to improve.
What comes to the loan system, we were trying to keep the whole concept simple and casual as much as possible. Don’t know if we achieved that. We might rethink this sometime later.
When pushing new updates, we won’t force current players to reset their profiles. Everyone will be able do decide it for himself.
We didn’t want to make your e-mail an obligatory thing to provide when creating an account to avoid privacy issues. The game was launched worldwide and many countries have very specific privacy laws
This is also one of the things we are still going to work on.
For the time being police is working equally in all areas, so I’m affraid this is just a temporary bad luck

still unable to run underworld. it’s been like this now for an entire week. I uninstalled, and reinstalled. I powered off and powered back on.
the opening screen comes on, sits for a few minutes, and then immediately exits out. I was shocked that even uninstalling completely and reinstalling didn’t fix it.
I wonder if it’s another program I’m running that is causing this. Let me know if you want me let you know what other stuff I have installed to see if that can fix it… I have no idea what else to do to get the program to run.
