Underworld 1.1: Big Preparations

If you are an Underworld addict, you might have noticed a few server outages lately.
Sorry for that, but there is a good reason — we are preparing the launch of UW 1.1. Yes, the one we’ve been advertising since February. Finally, expecting to push it live next week.
All your characher progress will happily survive the update, the only thing you will have to do is to download a new version from Cydia. You will get a message in the game when it happens.
There still some outages might happen during this weekend, follow us in twitter to be in touch.

So is this possibly why I can’t seem to connect to the network?
Because all day I have just been getting the “Network error”/ retry message.
Still excited for the new release though!

HEY!!!!!! Andrey, I found a way to fix the upgrade bug from 2.2 to 2.2.1. I figured I can tell you so that poor people like me who lost it for a while do not have to go through that again ^^.
OK
First: Get SBSettings (installed in cydia, it has no icon)
Second: Access SBSettings by sliding the top status bar
Third: Click the More button
Fourth: Once in ther more options you will see “Extras”
click that
Fifth: Once there click the “Fix User Dir Permissions” It will give you a warning, but you are having problems so it is ok to use it.
Sixth: Click “Fix Me”
Seventh: Love me because your need for underworld is once again satisfied ^^.
P.S. I didn’t make SBSettings so only credit for find how to fix is given to me!

Hey Andrey, I’ve been receiving an error for several days now stating “error: network error” with a retry button… Is this issue related to server side changes? SHOULD it be working? Just curious about what’s going on and if you were aware of the issue. This happens via edge on tmobile and via wifi so I doubt it’s connection related on my end. Plz let me know! Thanks and keep up the great work! I love the game!

Prodigy60, our preparations for the 1.1 launch has influenced the main game server stability in a bad way. We’ll fix this as soon as we can.

Pll the bots really suck *** now! It’s not fun to buy stuff sometimes you can find emitting and if you see something there are only 6 to 9.
1 more problem I see in my game I have upgrade my trade area tell lvl3 I see my complete city and more in blue but at me dads place I see bots I can’t see at my home! He leaves 3km from me! When I am in en ader neeberhood in the same city i see every time en ader dealing bot! how come I can’t see them? Nominally it’s in the same City and I do have the trading area to see them! So how come I cant…?

i’m trying to get-in this morning , and appears IN ORDER TO PLAY THE GAME YOU HAVE TO UPDATE THE CLIENT ,, how come ?

I’ve said that least 3202426 times. The problem this like that is they are just too compilcated for the average bird, if you know what I mean
