For those who are unfamiliar with the whole
Another popular use is that sometimes you are getting second thoughts about upgrading too soon. Refunding equipment makes it possible to rethink what you have done

Zee, it is available world-wide. US store comment relates to the pricing, meaning it will be different in other regions.

I couldn’t find it in the uk store, but instead bought through underworld section of the game.
It’s good to be able to buy this sincei have already bought all of the packs once and now I’m stuck

I just did a search for the pack and it isn’t avaiable in the Brazilian Store. In fact, I couldn’t find anything by a-steroids either..

Yeah I was kind of disappointed with this. I thought it would give you one free use of the re-spec feature at your choosing. I didn’t think it would automatically respec you when you launched it the first time. I had 5Mil left before level 21 when I got this, and though I would hang on to the respec until the new items come out, well you launch the game with this pack and it automatically respecs you, so be warned.
Totally wasted 2$.

Now, I have Lost 60 points with the “Local Cartel Member info”.
I am at my office. (have wifi) and I scope out the map to see what junkies I have. When I see a junkie buying waffles and another player selling waffles where I have a chance to make a profit. I will spend 10 points on the Local Cartel Member who gives me info for the WRONG TILE! I don’t move!!!
This has happened 6 times! What should I do to prevent this?
I don’t want to spend another 10 points and HOPE it gets the right tile, cause then I would have wasted 20 points. I have noticed that the server is timing out all weekend and continuing to do so today. What’s going on?
HELP!

CatDaddy, about your problem. We couldn’t find any errors in cartel info logs yet.
A couple of questions though. How did you know it gave you info from the wrong tile? Did it happen 6 times in a row? Did you request cartel info right after your appearance on a new tile or you already been there for a while? Thanks in advance for the feedback.

Andrey. This has happened to me as well and it doesn’t surprise me considering how often I’m glitched in and out of random tiles when I’m not moving. I have also been stationary in one tile, confirmed I was in the tile that I wanted to get intel on, and then get the intel for the neighboring tile.

This happens, when you are in a building, and GPS Signal is not available. The game takes the gsm-signal and locates you phone by using the station, your phone is logged in. Sorry for my poor english.

I purchase cartel info when tile refreshes and I have new junkies. I have also purchased this when I have been on my home tile for awhile and I wanted to see if the price for the coke/waffle junkie has changed.
I live less than a half mile from my office and home and office are on the same tile. I purchse cartel info at home and office.
I have noticed while in my office, sometimes a neighboring tile appears.
I have got info for wrong tile twice in a row.
The way I know I am getting wrong info is, I see my new junkies that are buying coke/waffles. I buy cartel info and there is no price for coke/waffles. I look at my map again and the junkie is still there and stays for hours.

There were several times I have experienced, where in my tile for whatever price you have the addict does not buy at all and the labs does not refreshed at all.
It seems the memory of the game is jammed in that area and the only way to fix this is to get out of that map for a while, and then back in again.
Andrey, I believe this is a bug happening in the latest version 1.1, and hope this get fixed, as the work around of going in and out is only possible if you have the time to travel on different area with wifi

@McCocain: I see it happening when a proper GPS position is found. In fact it happens when it’s GPS, 3G, Edge, or wifi. My ipod touch suffers the same phenomenon and it ‘never’ relies on GPS?!? Oh well. Sometimes it has its advantages. There’s been many times where I’ve been able to buy from a joylab in a different tile and sell it to my junkies without moving. At times I welcome the glitch

@Andrey….I hit level 20 a few days ago and it wasn’t until last night that I noticed it was 100mil until the next level. What happened to 50mil and the money doubling each time?!?

When I am at home, I am right on the border of two tiles. When I enter the game, sometimes I am shown at one, and sometimes I am shown at the other.
Sometimes, it tells me that I am on one tile, but the map screen displays the other.
Sometimes while in the game, it will also switch from one to the other. It can be frustrating when I buy something to sell to a specific junkie, but I can’t get it to him!
Sometimes I benefit though, because every now and then there is a lab on one, that is producing something that is in demand on the other.
That doesn’t happen a lot though, because I have long work hours, and an hour commute, so I spend most of my time away from home.

I don’t really remember each level, but I am currently at level five, for carry space, and I am able to hold 170 items.
Level four, I believe, was 120 items.

@Andrey, there is an issue regarding the memory jammed in an area for version 1.1. Is this something that can be fixed?
I believe this is the reason why we are experiencing issue where the addicts don’t buy and the labs don’t refresh.

Yeah man. Sucks because it was ‘only’ 25 mil to level 20. I guess it was set up that way because it’s the final level. I’ve got 15 mil or so right now. Only 85 more to go….easy
